Important:
- Growth report must be purchased at least every two years. If the report is not renewed, the agreement for the tree will expire.
You can name the tree on the checkout page before completing your purchase.
- The electronic certificate (PDF) is sent automatically to the buyer’s email address after payment.
- The certificate will automatically include the billing name. If you wish to have a different name printed, please contact our customer service – we will send an updated certificate with your preferred name.
- Tree selection, measurement, and preparation of the identification plate will be completed within a few business days after the order.
- The printed certificate is not sent automatically. We manually insert the buyer’s name into the certificate template before shipping. Delivery may take several business days depending on your location.
