Ordering
The products to be ordered are selected on the website by adding them to the shopping cart. The order is
placed by paying for the content of the shopping cart using the online store’s checkout function. By placing
an order, you accept these terms of delivery, product prices, and delivery costs. If an email address is
provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by email. The order confirmation will
detail the ordered products and their price.
Payment
The online store’s payment intermediary is Stripe (Stripe, INC), which is registered in the payment
institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. On the bank statement and invoice,
the recipient of the payment will appear as Stripe or Stripe Inc. Stripe forwards the payments to the online
store. Payment is secure, as all information regarding the payment transaction is transmitted using an
encrypted connection, so no external party can see the details of the payment transaction.
The sale is made between the online store customer and the online store. The online store is responsible for
all obligations related to the sale.

Payment methods
Through the Stripe service, you can pay with online banking credentials, wallets, payment cards
(credit/debit). The following payment methods are available: MobilePay, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron,
MasterCard, and Debit MasterCard cards, Google pay, Apple pay, ESP, Bancontact, Przelewy24
MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed payments in online stores in
the app settings. Payments made with the MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card
linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, it will not be possible to use the MobilePay
wallet for payment in the online store.
Google pay: You can pay with your Google pay wallet if you have allowed payments in online stores
in the app settings. Payments made with the Google pay wallet will be charged to the payment card
linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, it will not be possible to use the Google pay
wallet for payment in the online store.
Apple pay: You can pay with your Apple pay wallet if you have allowed payments in online stores in
the app settings. Payments made with the Apple pay wallet will be charged to the payment card
linked to the wallet. If charging the payment card fails, it will not be possible to use the Apple pay
wallet for payment in the online store.
Delivery
Orders are shipped on weekdays. The delivery time for products available from stock is usually 3-5 business
days. If the products are made to order, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are
determined by the chosen delivery method, any additional services, and the weight and size of the order.
You will see the delivery costs in the online store’s checkout function before finalizing the order.
If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported immediately, but no later than 14 days
from the date of delivery. Damaged packages must be reported immediately to the company responsible for
the delivery.
Returns
The customer of the online store has a 14-day exchange and return right according to the Consumer
Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return part or all of the order. Returned or
exchanged products must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. If you wish to return or
exchange products, please first contact the online store and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details, and account number for a possible refund.
Order Cancellation, Warranty, and Complaint
Before the order is delivered, the order can be canceled by a written notification via email.
The online store has statutory liability for defects in the sold products. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to take possible disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution.
